I guess it has something to do with GameSpy Master Server "heart beat".

OR it has something to do with this:

While I was playing EF Sod tryed to join my server, he is banned so he did not succed. I guess it made him mad cause he tryed to do somekind of trick... also did not succed:

(note the time fits within few minutes in all 3: Attempt to join, strange error message and Remote administration attempt. Also IP address matches)
