The recommended language on our forum and website is english,
because the most of us can communicate in english, so you get the biggest interest and quick response, more detailed explanations, directions.

Anyway, all languages are welcome, but with 1 condition: write messages in a proper grammar, so others can get the clear translation with Google Translate.

Squads n restrictions on forum, some terms

Current squads (user groups):

*Level - 5
COMMAND - website owner, global administrator
COMMANDER - administrator

*Level - 4
OFFICER - global moderator

*Level - 3
COURTS-MARTIAL - server administrator
*EMBATTLED* - e member

*Level - 2
Soldier - checked member
Veteran - very experienced member

*Level - 1
Recruits - registered members
Reinforcements - members in promotional purpose
uCoz - members of other uCoz sites

*Level - 0
Scouts - guests, unregistered members

*Level - -1
M.I.A. - banned member

Each group (squad) of site users (soldiers) belongs to a specific restrictions level (lvl - 1 to 5), regarding to that level users may access/not access certain website contents i.e. forum sections and categories.

Depending on a level users belong, they can access all content allowed for their level or any lower level i.e. level 2 can access levels - 0, 1, 2, level 5 can access any level.

This appears to visibility as well.

5 - access to CP, full control of the website, its members and entries, ability to give specific awards, multiple change of reputation, reproofs. No restrictions.

4 - ability to edit any entry on the website, profiles, give specific awards, multiple change of reputation, reproofs.

3 - ability to give specific awards, change of users reputation.

2 - access to website content is restricted.

1 - access to website content is restricted.

0 - access to website content is restricted.

-1 - website content and any activity are blocked.

Netiquette

Present rules are valid for the whole conference. Separate sections and forums of the conference may have their own rules which specify the rules of conduct in them. However, present rules are obligatory in any case.

The rules are introduced to create comfortable and constructive atmosphere of communication. If the established form of communication doesn't suit you, then abstain from participation in this conference.

I. Registration of users.

1. By registration in the forum you accept present Rules.
2. To register in the forum a user must provide an active e-mail address. We guarantee privacy of the provided information.
3. Choice of a username (a nickname) is your exclusive right. The administration reserves the right to take measures for stopping a nickname usage, if its usage violates generally accepted moral and ethic standards and it is insulting for other forum users. Registration of nicknames, resembling the existing ones so that they can mislead other forum users, is prohibited.
4. Repeated registration of one user, regardless of his/her aims, is prohibited. This violation is considered to be extremely serious and leads to the blocking of all accounts.
5. If you do not display activity in the forum for a long time, you account may be removed.

II. Rules of conduct in the forum.

1. Communication in the forum is based on the principles of generally accepted morality and netiquette.
2. Usage of swear and abusive words is strictly prohibited, no matter in what form and to whom they are addressed. It concerns substitution of letters by characters as well.
3. Any advertising, including Internet projects (except for the cases of preliminary approval with the administration), is strongly prohibited.
4. You signature in the forum cannot be longer than two lines. It must meet the same requirements as forum posts.

III. Message posting.

1. Thread subject must be informative and reflect the core of the problem to the maximum.
2. Before you create a new thread, make sure that you create it in the forum of the proper subject area and that this question hasn’t been discussed before.
3. Creation of identical threads in different sections and posting of similar messages in different threads is prohibited.
4. Try not to make grammar mistakes in your posts, it will give a negative impression about you.

IV. Relationship between users and the administration.

1. The administration follow common sense and internal rules of forum management in their actions.
2. Discussion of administration’s (forum administrators’ and moderators’) actions is strongly prohibited in any forums and threads, except for the special forum, intended for the discussion of all aspects of the whole forum work.

The administration reserves the right to change the rules with the further notification of forum users. All forum changes and updates are carried out with the consideration of users’ opinions and interests.

11. No "Noobstyle"(jumping, jumpshots, shooting with no zoom on, shooting at teammates or attacking them with any weapon, to put teammates into a dangerous situation, not giving a safe way for teammates to pass through, etc.)

12. Any actions that could cause a damage or inconvenience for teammates or server will be accepted as an offensive activity and depending on a harm it has caused we will take relevant actions.

13. If a player ignores any these rules he will be kicked or banned.

14. If you think the ban was a mistake feel free to post about it in the Ban appeal category in our forums.

e-3D Gaming Rules

A fair play improves your skills, increases your experience so it is easier to catch cheaters and then it is really fun to kick their asses.

Gaming Ethics:

Be polite and friendly, dont use a bad language;

Dont abuse other players in any way;

Play for fun in the way which lets others to have fun playing with you;

Give a chance for opposite team to act, stay away from their spawn, keep a distance (no spawnkill);

Give a chance a player you are attacking to defend himself (i.e. dont shoot with 3rd);

Teach rookies, share your experience, help them - as this helps to keep a nice atmosphere;

Gaming Rules:

1. No Cheat (no mods, except 100 chardef, loadout, itemlist, disabled AI).

2. No Spawnkill (exept defensive spawnkill).

3. No Spawncamping.

4. No Spamming(flooding).

5. No Teamkill(including AI killing).

6. No Moded weapons(refiles etc.; smoke grenades, RPG, grenades, M79 can be moded to avoid lag).

7. Shooting at players if they are carrying knife or matchete is not recommended.

8. Shooting at players if they are typing is not recommended.

9. Suicides are not allowed.

10. No Camping is allowed(exept when you are a sniper).

11. An use of gamebugs for score is not allowed.

12. Ineffective use of explosives is not allowed(blind, random nades, etc.).

13. No Offensive language.

14. No "Noobstyle"(jumping, jumpshots, shooting with no zoom on, shooting at teammates or attacking them with any weapon, to put teammates into a dangerous situation, not giving a safe way for teammates to pass through, etc.)

15. Only appropriate names are allowed(such names as - Player, UnknownPlayer, , etc. are disallowed).

16. Our clan is for life as a friendship, once you joined us you will stay in E forever.

17. Recruiting, upranking, change of tags are the responsibility of staff.

18. Any actions that could cause a damage or inconvenience for players or server will be accepted as an offensive activity and depending on a harm it has caused we will take relevant actions.

The embattl3D is a place for educated, polite, mature and friendly gamers, and our servers are dedicated for them.
