Line of Sight: Vietnam site is finally complete!

Please check out the downloads section which includes: LOSV Missions, LOSV Maps, LOSV Mods, LOSV Patches, LOSV Fixes and LOSV Trial version. NEW FILES ADDED DAILY.
LOSV and gaming related updates and news are posted in forums, but there is a lot more like pictures, videos and other goodies on this site.

It took us many hours to make this site look and perform the way it does. We had a vision of designing a black, grey and white website which somehow embodies the Line of Sight: Vietnam character and resembles the game this site is dedicated to.
We have changed the font to Arial and Courier New not because we wished the text to be more difficult to read. No, these fonts are being used in game.

All through this website you will find things that relate to Line of Sight: Vietnam in some way. Such as content, logos, images, music, font, colors, font color and some military terminology as well.
We still have more ideas and will customize this site even more.
If you take a quick look - on your right there is a block that contains Shout Box (mainly used to post live updates like server IP's,etc), your mini profile, latest file uploads and other usefull information.

It seems its impossible to renew the domain, so embattl3d.com + sub-domains (e-mail) will be shut.

The embattl3D will b only accessible by the old link>>> embattled.ucoz.com.

Congrats e-3D soldiers, we have got 'Total of 100 threads created, which have 350 replies'.

Nice figures, i suppose, well this post breaks through the 100 so we are starting to climb up to 200

e-3D Servers

The time has come to 'think big'. As the e-3D was never just about a clan and the ***E*** clan was never just about 'childish clanthings', we are about to make some major changes.

The ***E*** servers are not anymore the servers representing a clan. Since now there is going to be only the e-3D servers representing the embattl3D - eSport 'n Gamin' entertainment.
Obviously server names are about to change too...

i.e.: *E*1.3*CLASSICS*(e-3D)

now it comes to -

The version notice is optional - 11 or 13. It may be added after the server name i.e. (e-3D)*CLASSICS*13, (e-3D)*CLASSICS*11. If you are interested in how the server names are going to look like you can find it >>here<<

Languages

The recommended language on our forum and website is english,
because the most of us can communicate in english, so you get the biggest interest and quick response, more detailed explanations, directions.

Anyway, all languages are welcome, but with 1 condition: write messages in a proper grammar, so others can get the clear translation with Google Translate.

Squads n restrictions on forum, some terms

COMMAND - website owner, global administrator
COMMANDER - administrator

OFFICER - global moderator

*Level - 3
COURTS-MARTIAL - server administrator
*EMBATTLED* - e member

*Level - 2
Soldier - checked member
Veteran - very experienced member

*Level - 1
Recruits - registered members
Reinforcements - members in promotional purpose
uCoz - members of other uCoz sites

*Level - 0
Scouts - guests, unregistered members

*Level - -1
M.I.A. - banned member

Each group (squad) of site users (soldiers) belongs to a specific restrictions level (lvl - 1 to 5), regarding to that level users may access/not access certain website contents i.e. forum sections and categories.

Depending on a level users belong, they can access all content allowed for their level or any lower level i.e. level 2 can access levels - 0, 1, 2, level 5 can access any level.

This appears to visibility as well.

5 - access to CP, full control of the website, its members and entries, ability to give specific awards, multiple change of reputation, reproofs. No restrictions.
